- How do I know where the bus will pick me up from?
- Your tour bus will pick you up from the lobby of your hotel.
- Can you give me any details on how the driver will know I'm on their tour?
- The driver will have your name and pickup location on a list so they know where to pick you up from.
- What if I miss the bus? Can I get a refund?
- If you miss the bus, please call us and we can rebook the tour for you on a different day of your choice.
- There hasn't been a charge on my credit card yet, how do I know my tour is reserved?
- You should have received a booking confirmation email the day you booked your tour, followed by an email from the staff member that processed your tour order, with your confirmation number.
- Can I change the date I have booked for my tour?
- Yes, simply contact us and we will assist you in the process.
- There is no additional charge to change the date of the tour.
- What if I can't go on the tour and want a refund.
- Yes, simply contact us and we will assist you in the process.
- How do I cancel my tour?
- If you cannot make the tour, we could rebook you for another day.
- If you still need to cancel, your credit card will be refunded in full, unless it is less than 24 hours prior to the departure date of your tour.
- Is there a cancellation fee?
- If given more than 24 hours notice of cancellation, there is no cancellation fee.
- If less than 24 hours, a 50% cancallation fee will be applied.
- What are your child and/or senior rates? Do you have any special discounts for veterans?
- Our prices are lower than all of our major competitors. We check prices on a monthly basis to ensure you are getting the best deals.
- Due to the outstanding markdowns on our tours, we offer a single price for each seat regardless of age.
- Is there a meal with my tour?
- It depends on the tour. Simply go to our tour offerings page, click on the name of the tour that you booked, and if there is a meal included, it will be listed on the description of that tour.
- What kind of shoes should I wear?
- Comfortable walking shoes (tennis shoes, hiking shoes). We do not recommend heels or open toed shoes.
- I need to add more people to my reservation, how do I do that?
- Yes, simply contact us and we will assist you in the process.
- Is our driver also the tour guide?
- Yes. Your driver is trained to give you insightful details on all of our tours.
- We have a wheelchair; are your buses wheelchair accessible?
- Yes, however, we need 48 hours notice to reserve one. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will let you know if one is available.
- Are there bathrooms available on the bus?
- Yes. All of our tours are operated with full size motor coaches with bathrooms and climate control.
- Are refreshments available on the bus?
- At this time, we are unable to offer refreshments on our buses, but you can purchase them at our stops.
- Where can I submit a tour review?
- Each customer will receive a survey from us via email after they take their tour.
- This will allow you to tell us about your experience with us.

- What if there is inclement weather? Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Simply call within 24 hours and we will be happy to change your tour date. If you cannot go on another day, we will refund your credit card
